Sue Bray, Occupational Therapist

Sue is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting children and adults to maximize their independence and participation in home and community activities. Her passion for supporting vulnerable groups to have a voice, and control over the services they receive, led to her completion of a Master’s Degree in Public Health in 2006 and Cert IV in Training and Assessment in 2018.  She manages our team and makes sure we all work together to help support your goals.

We offer experience and quality service

As a manager of Early Childhood Intervention and Public Health Services for many years, Sue knows what quality service looks like and is skilled at adapting our service to your changing needs and goals. We are not a registered NDIS provider but can provide services to Self-managed and Plan-managed NDIS participants. We are keen to join your team and work with your Support Coordinator, Support Workers and other therapists to help you achieve your goals.

We are culturally responsive

We acknowledge that our services are based on Dja Dja Wurrung Lands and was never ceded by the Jaara people. We pay our respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging as well as other Elders we have had the privilege of meeting across Australia. We continue to learn and be inspired by the knowledge, connection to country, culture and resilience of all Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people.

We commit to prioritising our services to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander children and adults.

We will do our best to provide a culturally responsive service to you: getting to know your Cultural Group, Language, Stories and doing our best to incorporate these into our work.

We are based in rural Victoria and have lived and worked in very remote

We know Rural & Remote

This is Gavin, one of our Dorper sheep. We are based in rural Victoria and have lived and worked in very remote areas of Australia, including having had the privilege of working with remote Aboriginal communities.

We are aware of many of the challenges preventing rural and remote children and adults getting quality allied health services when they need it: distance, lack of resources, time, etc. We do our best to overcome these through Telehealth, advocacy, and  working with people in your family or community that can help.
